We were brought in to enhance Taylor Vinters’ strategy review by taking a broad look at the organisation and identifying opportunities to improve resilience and agility within their teams.

- Diagnosis of key areas of technical and cultural disconnect across the business.

A people-centric business report providing strategic guidance on three key areas:
- Updating Taylor Vinters’ tech stack, including CRM.
- Improving structured internal comms to enhance employee engagement.
- Simplifying and automating work allocation to reduce time spent on non-billable tasks.
