The Brief
Williams Lea wanted a ready-made automated presentation tool to optimise their offshore presentation services team – but didn’t know where to start.
What we did
We ran a five-week assessment of leading vendors to provide a comparative assessment that:
- Identified and documented user requirements.
- Determined the usage and value-add of existing in-house tools.
- Assessed the suitability of market-leading vendors with automated presentation solutions.
- Determined the business case for each solution.
- Provided a detailed report with our findings and recommendations.
What was the
outcome
We determined that:
- None of the market-leading vendors had mature solutions to deliver against Williams Lea’s requirements.
- Most of the requirements were already met with in-house tools.
- Automating eight core processes within presentation services would deliver significant optimisation.
