Responsibilities: Lead agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of data-driven projects. Identify and remove impediments, promoting the team's continuous improvement. Ensure the adoption of agile best practices and adherence to Scrum principles. 📌 Requirements: Proven experience as a Scrum Master in data or advanced analytics projects. Certifications such as CSM, PSM, or equivalents (preferred). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in agile environments. Advanced English proficiency to work directly with clients in the United States. Looking candidates from Argentina, Brazil or Colombia
